(I used the shorthand UB to stand in for Uniquely better)
#1 Be A Student Not A Critic
Never criticize something you donâ€™t understand.
#2 Keep your eyes and your mind wide open
Listen to outsiders. Listen to people outside your industry. ListenÂ to people who donâ€™t understand what you do or why you do it.
Outsiders arenâ€™t bound by assumptions.
Closed-minded leaders close minds.
#3 Replace â€œHow?â€ with â€œWow!â€
“WOW ideas to life, don’t HOW them to death.”
#4 Ask the uniquely better questions
As long as youâ€™re looking for UB, youâ€™re predisposed to recognize them.

- Is it betterâ€¦ really?
